At Agapée, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is securely stored to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
